Full-Time, Year-Round Clam & Oyster Farm Position Available, Monday to Friday schedule with an occasional Saturday or Sun-Join a hardworking team and learn a unique trade developed through decades of hands-on experience on the water.
This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in aquaculture.
Requirements:
•Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
•Valid driver's license required
• References
•Reliability, organization, and ability to work as part of a team are essential
•Marine navigational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
•Starting wage: $22/hour (based on performance, reliability, and skills)
•Health insurance, 401(k) 5% dollar to dollar match, and two weeks paid vacation after 90 days
