Planting day today, all done and in germination. Our new pre-order system is working well and we are currently working to get our website up and running.

Hopefully doing a test run soon to work out any issues with our online ordering system.

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend. Take a moment and remember the reason behind the holiday weekend.

Thank you to all who served, past and present, especially those that did not make it home and their families. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Today was a planting day and it went well, the new system seems to be working. We have begun pre-ordering crops so we do not over plant or under plant.

We would like to thank all of our Penni Lane Farm family for making this transition fairly seamless.

The harvest date for this round is May 2, 2026.

Thank you again and stay tuned for the launch of our website coming in May.

Lemon Ginger Honey Tonic

The recipe is super simple
Usually two large branches of ginger washed and peeled (use a spoon with a good edge)
1 1/2 Lemons sliced
Honey enough to fill the jar (local if you can get it)

Layer the lemon and ginger until the jar is filled to 1 inch below rim.
Pour honey in slowly allowing it to filter to the bottom and tipping jar to allow it to fill air pockets. Fill jar until it covers contents.
Use a coffee filter, cheese cloth,or burp top to cover top and screw on ring.
Let sit at room temp for 3 days, then refrigerate for use.
