Forbes Meat Company had a team meeting with the bosses of Forbes at The U of A meat science lab where we have our beef harvested.
It’s was a great opportunity to show a few of my teammates how the butchers do what they do.
Then we had a meeting to discuss our culture and work on our team training standards. I love what this crew is putting together.
Check out this 2000 pound beef that weighed in at 1400 pounds after it was skinned and gutted. The brisket in this Wagyu is absolutely enormous.
