One of our favorite things to witness at the market is the connection, not just between chefs and farmers, but between chefs themselves. Swapping ideas, comparing finds, sharing inspiration, and building relationships over the season’s freshest ingredients.

The market isn’t just where food is purchased, it’s where collaborations begin. We’re grateful for these chefs who continue to champion local agriculture and transform Oklahoma-grown ingredients into something extraordinary 😍

✨Vendor Spotlight: Tria Yang Farm ✨

If you’ve shopped Tulsa Farmers’ Market for any length of time, chances are you’ve filled your basket from Tria Yang Farm.

Nestled on 10 acres near Vinita, Oklahoma, this family farm has been bringing beautiful seasonal produce and fresh-cut flowers to TFM for nearly two decades. From the first crisp radishes and tender lettuces of spring to the tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and dazzling dahlias of summer, Tria Yang Farm is a true reflection of Oklahoma’s growing seasons.

At the heart of the farm is Dai Lor, whose tireless dedication and steadfast work ethic can be seen in every carefully tended row, hand-harvested vegetable, and market display. The farm is named after her husband, Tria, who is a familiar face alongside her at market each week. What began as a family endeavor in 2008 has grown into a legacy that now includes their children, helping customers discover new favorite vegetables.

We’re grateful for the hard work, generosity, and consistency that Tria Yang Farm has brought to our market community for almost 20 years. Stop by their booth this week at either our Wednesday or Saturday Markets and taste the difference that passion, dedication, and Oklahoma soil can make. ❤️🥕🌻

Fruit is exploding in Green Country! This Wednesday we will welcome Livesay Orchards who will be bringing the season’s first Porter peaches & loads of blackberries!! 🍑
