Hello friends,

It’s with a heavy heart that I share this news. Due to a recent tragedy in my family, I have made the difficult decision to close White Bison Market indefinitely.

The market has always been more than just a gathering of tents and tables. It’s been a community. A place where people connected, shared, supported one another, and celebrated the beauty of local, handmade, and homegrown.

I’m incredibly grateful to every vendor, customer, and supporter who helped build something so special. Your kindness, energy, and dedication made the market what it was, and I will carry that with me always.

I don’t know what the future holds, but for now, I need time to step away, tend to my family, and begin to heal.

Yo's Creations will be serving up some delicious comfort food at White Bison Market this Saturday!

Yolanda has prepared a menu featuring old-fashioned hamburger stew, cornbread, homemade tomato soup with grilled cheese, individual peach cobbler, and peanut butter cookies. Other delicious treats to take home for the holiday dinners are Sweet Potato Pies Pumpkin Pies and Gluten free Cheesecake.

Olivia’s lineup of pickled produce and fruit butters will be joined by a spread of homemade baked goods. She’s baking sweet breads in banana, zucchini, and pumpkin, along with pie slices in pumpkin, pecan, custard, apple, sweet potato, and cherry. Every bite reflects the warmth and variety of her homestead kitchen.
