Stuffed pie pumpkin
Wild rice kale onions celery ground chicken COOKED
Remove pumpkin stem as shown
Remove seeds discard if you want or toast for an appetizer
Pack tightly pumpkin with wild rice mixture
Put stem top back on
Bake 45 minutes 350* or until pumpkin is soft to the exterior touch
Let rest in oven turned off 15 minutes
Remove from oven
Remove stem
Cut in half !
It’s ready !!!
The hardest past is cutting out the stem
Your bowl is the pumpkin on a plate
All edible except the pumpkin skin🎃
