We are a family owned business that specializes in processing wild game as deer, wild hog, elk and alligator. We make many varieties of smoke sausages; Regular Smoke+Cajun Cane+Southern Hawaiian+Green Onion Cheese+ Jalapeno Cheese, etc. We also make Fresh Sausage from alligator & shrimp. We will process your game meat to your liking.
