We're bringing our cold brew to the Oxford Farmers' Market this Saturday, and we're trying our little Grateful Exchange again.

We'll have delicious, freshly baked bread from Stupid Bunny Acres Bakery in Andes, amazing croissants from La Maison Blanche Bakery Cafe in Norwich, Grateful Market's fresh, organic prepared foods, and music — this week with local singer, Patty McNeilly, who just loves to sing. You may have seen her most recently at the Otsego County Fair singing Janis Joplin.

Join us for our Thursday Unadilla Market, from 3–6 PM at Grateful Market.

We'll have baked goods from local vendors, good food from our kitchen, and music — this week with a local singer, Patty McNeilly, who just loves to sing. If she knows it, she'll try it — and she's especially good at a little Janis Joplin. She takes requests and encourages others to join her.

She's also a local baker who vends with us at the Franklin Farmers Market, so you may already know her from there.

A Quick Note About Our New Wrap Options

We've been experimenting with some new wrap options at Grateful Market — including three wraps made with gluten-free Toufayan wraps, as well as versions of some of our standard wraps made without cheese and with Vegenaise.

We're trying these out to see how much interest there is in these options. They require some additional ingredients, preparation and labeling on our end, so we'll be looking at both customer response and what makes sense for us to continue producing.

We'll have them at the Oxford Farmers' Market on Saturday and the Franklin, NY Farmer's Market on Sunday, and we've also brought some to Buzzing Bee in Saugerties.

If you've been looking for these options, this is a good weekend to give them a try and let us know what you think. Your response will help us decide whether these are something we should continue making.
