We take pleasure in the fact that we can share our love for meat processing with the general public. We are open year round for all of our customers. Customers may bring in animals for processing or buy products directly from our store, ranging from w

holesale cuts to meal sized portions. In addition to providing products to households, Countryside also provides meat for local businesses. Quality has been one of the key components to keep our business successful. All products and labels have been approved by the USDA. Countryside is one of the few USDA approved meat markets in our area. The products we have for sale have been raised by local farmers. Customers at Countryside range from local households to restaurants in the area. Packing is customized to meet the customer demands. Farmers that utilize our processing services also have the opportunity to sell the meat they produce at local farmers markets, and to friends and neighbors because we are USDA inspected. We process Beef, Pigs, Lambs and Goats here at Countryside. We also do all the slaughtering here at our plant. Visit our retail counter if you are looking for fresh locally raised meat. We also can do box meats for our customers. Instead of getting a box of meat already prepared, you give us a list of which meat items you would like and a price that you would like to spend and we will make a box just for you.

We would like to take the time to thank everyone who donated animals to the food bank this year. In the last couple of weeks we have processed 1 goat, 28 pigs, 9 lambs and 1 beef for local food banks! A huge thanks to our team and family as well for getting it done so quickly!

These are in our fresh cooler at $22 a pound there’s a limited supply right now and we don’t expect them to last long so get them while you can!
