Did you know our Buy One, Give One program is back at the Champaign Farmers Market? Through our BOGO program, we invite market shoppers to purchase extra food portions for donation to a local food pantry. Your donation not only helps feed food insecure households, it helps support local farm and food businesses. A little bit goes a long way!

Missed last week’s Kids Kits? Don’t worry, we’ll be back with a fun, new recipe during our second extended hours market on June 30th from 3-7pm!

Kids Kits is a free monthly program of The Land Connection, available during the last market of each month (March-December). Each kit contains a kid-friendly recipe PLUS all of the ingredients needed to make a nutritious and delicious snack at home. With generous support from our 2026 Kids Kits sponsor, Meridian of Illinois, this program encourages kids to develop culinary skills and try new, local foods. Available for kids of all ages, while supplies last!

Temps are rising! Chill out with this recipe for Strawberry Basil Lemonade Popsicles! Try it with basil microgreens from The Little Farm Co. and fresh picked berries from Havilah Gardens Micro Farm or Carson’s Produce! Come out and see us on Tuesdays in the downtown Champaign plaza from 3-6pm.

These strawberry lemonade popsicles with honey basil simple syrup are a fruity and refreshing summer treat. Perfect for hot summer days!
