After 50 wonderful years serving the Mohawk and James Street neighborhood, the Daniels family is proud to pass this legacy on to the Clare family.

The Clares have long been active members of our local community, with Michael successfully operating a pizzeria for the past 18 years. His strong family roots in Utica and desire to return home made this transition feel especially meaningful and reassuring.

For five decades, our goal has always been to preserve the character of this neighborhood while serving our community with exceptional recipes, quality food, and care. I am confident the Clare family will continue that tradition and uphold the standards our customers have come to know and love.

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to our loyal customers for your support throughout the years, and to my incredible staff — many of whom have been with me for nearly 25 years and plan to remain part of the team moving forward. Your dedication has meant everything to our family business.

I encourage everyone to continue supporting this wonderful Utica establishment as it begins an exciting new chapter.
