It’s Hatch chile season, and we thought we’d share five of our favorite ways to enjoy our Hatch Chile Mustard. 🌶️

Serve a dollop with chorizo and crackers, stir a spoonful into potato salad, use it as a dip for meatballs or pretzels, or slather it generously on a turkey sandwich.

It’s a little sweet, a little spicy, and so full of flavor. There’s really no wrong way to enjoy it!
