{I’m so very proud of these girls! They’ve been taking great care of our late afternoon customers! I appreciate them, Robin, JSue, Madi & Jared so much❤️ Without them the Deli wouldn’t run as smoothly as it does. It takes a village! I’m so grateful for my people, especially on the days that I’m unable to be there - they step in and keep it running. I love you all so much} We have the most AMAZING and generous customers and are so grateful for you all!!

*Be kind to the teen behind the counter no matter where you go!

The one ringing up your groceries, handing you your coffee, bagging your food, or wiping down a table.

They’re teens, It could be his their first job. They’re learning how to show up, speak up, take responsibility, and handle tough moments with a smile.

They’re standing on their feet for hours, figuring out how to navigate customers, coworkers, and all the expectations that come with being in hospitality.

They’re learning how to work hard, how to listen, how to deal with the world as it is and they’re doing it all while still figuring out who they are.

So please be kind to the teen behind the counter.

You never know whose kid that is.

You never know how proud someone is of them.

You never know what kind of courage it took just to show up today.

And honestly? They’re doing better than we ever give them credit for. ❤️

❤️ We’re also proud to announce that The Deli Post is now part of the Utopia ISD Work Program! ❤️

This partnership gives local seniors the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, build responsibility, and earn a little extra income along the way. We couldn’t be more excited to be part of their journey!

📚 On school days, stop by and see our student team starting at 3:20 PM. Grab an afternoon coffee, a refreshing drink, a sweet treat, or dinner to go—and help support these amazing young ladies as they learn, grow, and prepare for their futures.

Once school starts, The Deli Post will be changing our hours! 🎉

We’ll be OPEN on Mondays and staying open LATER to better serve our after-school kiddos, teachers, and families! ❤️

Whether you’re grabbing an afternoon pick-me-up coffee ☕️, an after-school snack, cooling off with one of our hand-spun milkshakes, or picking up dinner on the go, we’ve got you covered!!

🎉 But that’s not all…

We’re also adding a BIG new service for our customers that we think you’re going to LOVE! 🤩
