Sweet, juicy, and absolutely incredible, these berries are everything we’ve been waiting for all year long. There’s nothing quite like that first taste of fresh local strawberries to let you know summer is on its way.

One of our apples is growing right inside a AppleJack glass bottle! Watching nature and creativity come together like this is pretty amazing. We can’t wait to see the final result at harvest time.

The crew at Harvest Spirits must be full of mad scientists, dreaming up unique ways to turn apples into something special. We’re excited to follow the journey from blossom to bottle and see how it all turns out!
