Hi! I’m Gabby, the face behind BonAppéCheese. 🧀

What started as a random little side hustle has somehow turned into setups like THIS and I still have moments where I look at a finished table and think, wait… we did that?! 😂

We’re based in Los Angeles and create everything from charcuterie boards and intimate gatherings to full grazing tables, brunch spreads, corporate events, weddings and celebrations of all sizes.

In case you missed the last one… we’re doing it again! 👀🎃

We had SO much fun at our last charcuterie workshop at San Fernando Coffee Co. that we had to bring it back — this time with a spooky twist. 👻🧀

Join us October 10th for a hands-on Halloween-themed charcuterie class where we’ll teach you how to create your own beautiful (and spooky 👀) board from start to finish.

🎃 Your $95 ticket includes:
• A full, hands-on charcuterie workshop taught by Bon Appé Cheese
• Your own 12-inch eco-friendly palm leaf charcuterie tray
• ALL food, ingredients & supplies needed to create your board
• Your completed charcuterie board to take home

Two sessions available:

Still smiling about this one. 🥹🧀✨

This weekend I had the opportunity to teach a hands-on charcuterie class, and seeing everyone create their own boards, learn a few of my favorite tips & tricks, and just have FUN doing it was seriously the best. 🤍

There’s something so special about taking what we do every day at BonAppéCheese and getting to actually teach it — and this group made it such a good time!

Thank you to everyone who came out, created with me, and made our class such a fun experience. 🧀🍇

Yesterday we had the opportunity to create these grazing boards for Pups Without Borders, and this is the kind of “after” photo we LOVE to see. 🤍

Getting to use what we do to be part of events supporting a great cause makes it that much more special. 🐾✨ And judging by what was left… I think it’s safe to say the boards were a hit. 😂

I’m so excited to be hosting an in person charcuterie workshop at San Fernando Coffee Company! If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to build a beautiful charcuterie board, this is your chance. I’ll walk you through it step by step, and you’ll leave with a board you created yourself!
