Good news! Due to popular demand, we decided to take another steer in to be processed this Thursday. If you still want some homegrown, all grass fed, no hormone beef at 50% less than Walmart charges, send me a PM and let me know you want the cut and price list when I get it in a week or two.

More progress being made! New roof going on today by Bauer Roofing and Construction. So far, it's looking great! One step closer to Opening Day!
