We welcomed lots of new bees into our hives today! 🐝

Moving bees into hive boxes is the first step in starting a strong new colony. Every healthy hive plays an important role in pollinating the plants that feed us, so days like this are exciting for more than just us beekeepers. Here’s to strong queens, hardworking bees, and a sweet season ahead. 🍯🌸

Before you start the mower, take a closer look at all the pollinators around your yard 🌼🍀

Those dandelions, clover blooms, and “weeds” are one of the first buffets for bees and pollinators after winter. Waiting a little longer to mow gives them a chance to feed, helps your soil hold moisture, and encourages a stronger, healthier lawn.

Sometimes doing less is exactly what nature needs most.
