Hello Everyone.....

Amy here..... 😀 we are always working to make things better here on the farm. Not just for the animals, not they do not already have the life but we want to take care of them as we take care of everything that we do. So we are constantly doing research, looking for things and ways to make it better and doing so much behind the scenes. I ran across something today that I have always thought to do but never worked on and so today I signed up for a grant bootcamp for farmers and I wanted to share this with you. I ask that if you would not mind taking a couple minutes out of your day to complete this nomination form we would be so grateful for you and to you. As things progress I will share what is going on and how, if awarded, we are using the funds from grants that we have applied for. I look forward to sharing our journey with you and how we are making life for the animals great here on the farm. 💜

The weekend is upon us and things are getting back into full swing for families and school! A common question that we get when we are out and about at markets and talking to folks in the community is if we sell in bulk. The answer to this question is a simple.... YES!!

We are happy to be providing bulk beef sales to our community and we are looking forward to filling the next freezer, hopefully it is yours.

Well we blinked and it is August!!!!

As you can see our schedule has become a bit modified as we roll into a new season here at the farm. The baby duck, as she is now known, will be leaving the land and spreading her wings to become the farm vet in 6ish years, go Texans!! She is spending the weekend getting to know fellow peoples doing the same at Tarleton this weekend and we are looking forward to hearing about her beginning adventures.

So as we (I) prepare, bare with us as we modify our market schedule. However, if you need anything and have missed us at a market we are happy to make a delivery to you or arrange to meet you at the farm for pick up.

Whew!!! Where did June go???

We have been soaking up time with our last kiddo before she leaves to spread her wings in the next chapter but we have scheduled our July markets and we are looking forward to seeing everyone.

May and June have been busy also with adding and testing raising meat birds to the farm. And with pride and joy I am excited to say that we have seen a success in our practices. So stop by and see us at the markets listed below as we have worked hard on our chicken inventory these past two months.
