We are going to start inoculating this years logs with Shiitake tomorrow. This stack is probably half of what we'll do this year! Feel free to come help out and take a couple logs home or I'll hook ya up with free shrooms once the growing season starts. Shoot me a message or text for details if you wanna stop out. 716 867-9752. Try some local shiitake this holiday weekend. They are fantastic on the grill with those steaks and burgers or for stuffed mushrooms. Hericium totems fruiting nicely. Lions mane and comb tooth mushrooms are crazy good. Flavor combination of scallops and cauliflower. You may have tried them grown on sawdust but Once you try log grown, you will never go back.
