Yoders Baking Company where passion meets perfection in every bite🍪
The story behind Yoder’s Baking Company:
Founded in 2015 by John and Brenda Yoder. Their journey began with a simple dream to share their love of homemade treats with the world. What started as a humble operation with just a few varieties of cookies for their retail store has blossomed into a large scale baking operation offering an extensive range of delectable delights by the truckload.
Fun Fact: They make around 62,000 cookies a day! The largest amount made in one day was 80,000 cookies!!!
Behind the scenes the dedicated team combines cutting edge technology with time honored techniques to bring their delicious creations to life. If they couldn’t find the right equipment for their growing bakery, when needed the Yoder’s created equipment to fit their bakery needs. They strive for consistent products, use the highest quality ingredients and still have the tried and true recipes that started it all.
After seeing the popularity of their baked goods at their store, Yoder’s Country Market, Jon and Brenda Yoder knew they had something special. With the addition of Marion Miller to their team, the recipes were perfected, and their wholesale cookie business became a reality.
The first orders started going out in 2018, and then in 2020, a partnership with Walnut Creek Foods helped their cookies reach even more across the Midwest. The same year, they became an official LLC and adopted the name Yoder’s Baking Company, reflecting their growth and future vision.
Now operating from a 28,000-square-foot facility, Yoder’s produces cookies by the semi-load-while still maintaining the homemade taste that made them famous. From classic iced cookies to new creations like sugar-topped varieties, each one is baked with care, consistency, and gratitude for the customers and partners who ve made their journey so sweet.
