About Stoltzfus Family Dairy:
The Stoltzfus family moved up from Lancaster in 1990 and started farming here in Central New York. Farming has been a part of their history for many generations. Family is very important, but most of all, their faith in God and love for others is very important to the whole family. Their Stoltzfus team on their farm is built of mostly family members. They love having family involved to preserve and to carry on the family farm. Each farm has an average of 70 cows each. Their family farms are all located within just 10 miles of the creamery.
They believe and know that healthy cows are what make healthy food. Their cows have access to the outdoors year-round offering them fresh air, exercise, and much-needed sunshine. All their milk comes strictly from our family farms and they make sure that the milk coming in is as fresh as possible. This fresh high-quality milk comes into the creamery by their own truck. They typically bottle Tuesday morning, that milk was in the cow Monday morning, so it’s very fresh. They do not use preservatives, additives, and artificial flavors, so in the fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt, they buy fresh frozen fruit and cook it in house, that way you can taste the fresh and homemade touch. If they can’t do it naturally, they don’t do it!
While keeping the family farm profitable is a priority, so is the quality of their products. They started with a vision to provide natural dairy products that taste great and most importantly are good for you.
