🌿🦃 Pasture Life at Wholesome Meadow Farms 🦃🌿
Our turkeys are absolutely thriving on pasture! Every day they're out exploring fresh grass, hunting bugs, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying life the way nature intended.

These happy birds spend their days roaming around the farm, greeting visitors, and stopping by to say hello to their chicken cousins. It's always entertaining to watch the flock interact as they forage together across the pasture.

Raising our birds on pasture allows them to express their natural behaviors while enjoying a diverse diet of grasses, insects, and non-GMO feed. Healthy birds, happy birds, and quality food start with giving them room to roam.

After processing and packing over 30 dozen fresh eggs for delivery today, we made a much-needed stop at The Mug Too for one of their amazing Mango Refreshers! 🥭☀️

Not only did we get a quick break before starting our delivery route, but we also had the opportunity to restock them with fresh Wholesome Meadow Farms eggs for their delicious breakfast menu. 🥚🍳

🐣 The incubator is exploding with life this morning 🐣

We just achieved a 100% hatch rate on Guinea fowl chicks! We have a beautiful mix of Exotic White, Pied, and Regular Guineas joining the farm today.

There's nothing better than opening the incubator and seeing it full of healthy, active keets ready to start their journey.

Beautiful sunny day out at Wholesome Meadow Farms today! The livestock are loving the weather, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying fresh pasture all day long. It was a great day making rounds around the farm and even better getting to share it with some special visitors touring the farm with us.

Nothing beats seeing happy animals, green pasture, and good company all together on a perfect farm day. ☀️🐓🐖🐐🌱

The incubator is coming alive over here🐣✨

Our exotic color guinea fowl are officially starting to hatch today, and we can already see some beautiful white and pied babies popping out already! We’ve been so excited for this hatch, and seeing those first little fluff balls makes all the waiting worth it.

Now we’re sitting here with our fingers crossed hoping to see some purples, lavenders, and maybe even some straight run pearl babies join the hatch too! 🤞🐣 With these coming from our exotic color pen, every egg feels like opening a surprise package.

So far the colors are looking amazing, and we can’t wait to see what all finishes hatching over the next day or two. We’ll definitely keep everybody posted as more babies arrive! 🌿✨
