Bittersweet day... I made the decision a few months ago to let go of our foundation cow, Endeavor. Today, Dad and I headed across mountain with a special cargo. I opened the gate, laid my hand against that speckled side one last time, and put her in the care of another young fellow. I sure am thankful for the privilege of caring for a special cow like Indy! Here she is checking out her new home.

It's been a WILD Spring for our family, with three out of four of us taking a full load (or equivalent) of college classes, planning for a wedding in July (Abigail's), two college graduations (BRCC for me and Bridgewater for Abigail), and a host of other activities. Unfortunately, the lack of time that has characterized me the passed two years means that there will not be any fresh chicken from us this year. So sorry to all of our wonderful customers! I'll be on the lookout for someone else who does the Freedom Rangers, and if I find them, I'll send them your way!
