Alright vendors… we’re just over a week out and it’s almost go time 🌿✨

Vian Farmers Market
🗓 May 2nd
⏰ 8 AM – 12 PM

Final details below — please read carefully:

• Vendor arrival begins at 7:00 AM
• All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 8:00 AM
• Booth spaces are approximately 10x10 — plan accordingly
• If you are on the approved list but have not contacted me, you will not be permitted to stay
• No unauthorized products — only approved items may be sold
• All baked goods & homemade items must be prepackaged and labeled BEFORE the market begins
• Market is rain or shine
• No electricity will be provided
• Pack out what you bring — leave your space clean
• We encourage vendors to accept multiple forms of payment (cash, Venmo, etc.)

We’ve got an amazing lineup and it’s shaping up to be such a good one 💜

We have so many amazing vendors already signed up for the Vian Farmers Market this season—and we still have room for more! 🌿✨

Join us starting May 2nd from 8 AM – 12 PM at the city park on W Main St (right by the railroad tracks) for a morning full of fresh finds, local goods, and small-town charm.

You’ll find a growing variety of vendors offering things like fresh produce, flowers, eggs, beef, baked goods (prepackaged & labeled), handmade items, and more. It’s shaping up to be such a fun, full market and I couldn’t be more excited about the turnout already!

If you’ve been thinking about becoming a vendor—this is your sign! There are no setup fees, but you must reach out ahead of time so we can make sure we have space and that your items are approved.

I’ve had such an amazing response to the market and I’m so excited! So far we have 12 wonderful vendors signed up, and there’s still room for more.

There have been a few questions, so I’ll try to answer the most common ones here.

📍 Where are we located?
We’re located on W Main St at the park in downtown Vian, right next to the railroad tracks.

🧺 Who can be a vendor?
Anyone in the county is welcome to be a vendor! If you’re interested, please reach out and we can chat about getting you added.

🌿 What can be sold?
We allow items such as:
• Fresh produce
• Flowers
• Eggs
• Beef
• Jams & salsa (sealed & labeled)
• Crochet or handmade items
• Baked goods (must be prepackaged & labeled)
• Decor
• Small Animals (chickens, rabbits, quail)

If what you sell isn’t listed, just check with me first and I’ll be happy to verify.

Anyone wanting to be a vendor MUST contact me first (text, call, email, or message here) so I can add you to the list. This helps ensure we have space and that all items being sold are approved.
