Breaking Bread Breaking Bread has been a long time on the making. We plan to start with our tasty rustic loaf and hope to continue with pretzels, cakes, bagels and more!

Ever since she was a little girl helping in her grandmother's kitchen on Long Island, Carmela Wengraitis, owner of Braking Bread, has been obsessed with creating the perfect loaf. After years of trial and error, she's finally done it! And she wants to share her discovery with all her fellow bread lovers. litating dogs in need. Along with her husband Tony, the two now care for 20 dogs on their farm in Lunenburg County. So cook some pasta, put on the sauce and break some bread... mangia!
