In December of 2013, having obtained kosher certification by Igud Hakashrus of Los Angeles (aka Kehilla Kosher), European Specialties entered Glatt Kosher market by adding two more brands: one dedicated to a variety of classically and ethnically-correct as well as novel-flavored Glatt Kosher grilling sausages, breakfast links, cooked and dry-cured salamis, deli meats, on- and off-the-bone hams and

other forms of meat and poultry charcuterie totaling over 50 tantalizing varieties (Holy Cow! Kosher), products aimed at the discerning gourmets keeping strictly kosher; and those enjoying healthier aspects of kosher meat and poultry products and the second one dedicated to kosher fish sausages and salamis (Holy Fish! While employing the most cutting-edge technologies to maintain utmost quality and safety of our products along with extending shelf life, we are still a small batch processor allowing us to always remain focused on delivering the ultimate culinary experience for every customer and meet and exceed everyone’s expectations, regardless of their palate. In November of 2015 Holy Cow! Kosher manufacturing moved to our current Newark, NJ facility under Star-K supervision. Our product list has grown to close to 90 items with an addition of our second brand - "Shtetl". We generally introduce a new item at least once a month, so stay tuned!
