Our weekend special is the Jambalaya Island Plate.

Island of jambalaya surround by a bed of French fries topped with fried chicken pieces swimming in a cheesy crawfish etouffee sauce and topped with green onions.

One of the customer favorites is making its return. This weekends special is the High Tides Poboy!

Fried shrimp, Fried crab cake, crawfish queso, lettuce, and tomatoes on a toasted 8in Poboy Bun with choice of mayo or jalapeño mayo. Add insanity sauce at no charge. Served with fries.

We are looking to fill one position as a helper on our production team. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation, show up to work on time, have a good work ethic, and be able to stand on your feet for an extended period of time. No experience required as we will train you. You will be required to do dishes and other cleaning duties.
