Fines Herbes Fines Herbes was founded in 2006 to provide the Hampton Roads area with a wide variety of organicall These herbs are extremely hardy with a strong root system.

These herbs are lovingly grown, using organic practices, in our hand-built greenhouse during the winter months. We use organic soil, fertilizer, and household compost as well as Kangen filtered water to yield quality herb plants. We also sell dried herbs as well as 3 D printed pots with succulents and cactus and handmade soap. You can find us every weekend at the City of Virginia Beach Farmer's Market from March to July. Prices start at $3.00 to $5.00 for herb plants.

Henbit (Lamium amplexicaule) and Purple Deadnettle (Lamium purpureum) are two non-native plants from Eurasia that you’re probably seeing a lot of right now. Clumps of these winter to early spring annuals often grow alongside each other in lawns, roadsides, parking lots, disturbed areas, and fallow fields. They’re both in the mint family (notice the square stems) and they have very similar flowers. To tell them apart, just look for these features:
