Doug at Sinai Locker Service is cutting one of our steers. This was a smaller steer 614lbs on the rail. Average is 650 but can be up to 700.

The Post Customs crew is resetting the bagger. Prepping for a 2nd 9x300 ft silage bag. I'm going through a lot of chuck roasts doing field meals for this crew every day. Pulled beef sandwiches seem to be a hit.

Harvest season has begun. My guys are the new owners of Post Customs. They'll be chopping silage for ourselves and around 15 other farms. This means my schedule has to change. I'll be at Runnings from 10-1 on the 22nd and 29th. Starting in September it will be one Saturday a month. Due to the Labor Day weekend I will be out September 12.
You can call, text or message me if you need anything in between. Someone (me) is always headed to Brookings for parts and can meet up.
