Happy Holy Thursday everyone! We have been busy getting ready for Easter and I did not advertise. So better late than never. Tomorrow is Good Friday and we will be closing at 3 pm. But until then we have plenty of our Grand Champion Boneless Hams, Spec trimmed Briskets, Pork ribs, Chuck plate (Dino) ribs, Ribeye and Sirloin steaks, pork butts, and Holy Smoked Sausage. We will have our Award winning Smoked sausage on Sale tomorrow for $35 per 10lb box. That's 50 links! No MSG, no fillers, nothing you can't pronounce . We just pulled our first 100 Holy Smoked Boneless Hickory Smoked Hams from an all night cook/ smoke from the Smokehouse ! These are available for a prize winning Christmas Dinner. Just add your favorite glaze, slice and eat!
