Pro Tips ordering steaks! We sell USDA Prime as our primary “go to” steak. A one inch (1”) thick cut steak weighs approx one pound. We cut to order. Two inch thick cut steaks do not scare us! Just let us know your desired thickness and if you want the tail trimmed off or left on. We recommend leaving the tail on!
