Souza's Smokehouse offers all types of smoked products for any occasion. We only used fresh Island ingredients including Island grown pork from Kahalu'u.

Smoked meat has been a Local staple appetizer for many of years, and is used in vast types of dishes of Hawaii. We supply the islands of Hawaii with our award winning brand of soaked and smoked pork and have recently grown to be the supplier of Restaurants in Hawaii. We will also start to ship products to U.S mainland
We have many varieties, from our original flavor(a Hoisin based mix) to our spi

cy blend of island grown herbs mixture. We also sell smoked Sausages and fresh Island caught smoked Tako.
