At Martin's Custom Butchering, we still offer our own Angus and Angus crossbred, grain-fed beef that we enjoy having and caring for on our farm. We enjoy being a part of the local farming community and the responsibility that it brings to our family. Because Martin's raises their own beef, we can control the quality and integrity of the beef we offer. Martin's beef is never given growth hormones or fed any antibiotics to increase weight gain. Martin's beef is fed a corn and soybean-based diet all the way through the weight gain period, from weaning to harvest. All of Martin's beef is dry aged in the carcass to bring you the best quality and tenderness and enhance the flavor of your beef.
Martins Custom Butchering reserves the right to change prices before March 29, 2025, in the event beef prices rise faster than expected. We are in a very strong market currently.
Martins wants to thank all our current, long-time, and hopefully first-time customers for your continued support as we attempt to offer you top-quality meats.
