We are excited to have Liederkranz available again!! This is a soft-ripened cheese with a creamy texture, buttery full bodied flavor and a pleasantly strong aroma.
The Le' Bec style is a Chalet Cheese recipe with a mild, buttery, slightly salty flavor, with hints of natural smoke.
