Was making up a pot of green beans and chatting with Dry Fork Micro-farm LLC about garlic. "Yanking one" might have some negative or funny connotations, but it is right around the corner.
Currently sitting consistently at 1.5/ 2.5 leaves (that make up the skin of the bulb) drying off. Few more days and our stash will be out of the ground and curing.
Glad to be on the garlic journey with Matt Stewart and Maggie Stewart at Dry Fork. Our practices and our hearts align, clean food grown with clean practices. Go check them out.

About 40 minutes ago I went out to cut sunnies and noticed the bees were coming home earlier than normal. Then in about 30 minutes it poured down rain. Move over Angela Buckman, we got some new weather girls in town!
