UPDATE #2: Ribeye is officially sold out until tomorrow evening! Thank you to all of our customers, and the local support for this business has been humbling. Remember, if you have something you want us to carry, just let us know and we'll do our best to get it in stock for you. We're here until 8pm tonight, stop by for a visit or to test out our snack sticks!

UPDATE: We are now down to 4 Ribeye Steaks left until tomorrow afternoon! Snack sticks, jerky, ground beef, and sausage all ready to go today as well.

We've got sausage, snack sticks, jerky, and ground beef all in the cooler and freezer ready to go, but we're down to only 6 Ribeye steaks left. Travis cut, packaged, and vacuum packaged them as I was typing this post, hurry down if you're looking for Ribeyes tonight! We'll have more tomorrow evening, too. :)

With the heavy rains making these gravel roads a bit slimey out by us, and the Pembina Gorge State Park Dedication Ceremony having been postponed because of the weather and roads (which you drive on to get to our shop), we will NOT be opening the shop tomorrow. We don't want anyone traveling through potentially washed out roads just to get to our shop. We'll plan to be open again Thursday at 10am, per our normal schedule. We'll respond to texts, calls, messenger messages, and emails tomorrow, just will not be in the shop. Stay safe and dry, and we'll see you after these storms have passed!
