8/22/26 - With only 40 days until bow season in Michigan, we decided it’s time to process the remaining boneless meat from last year.
Here’s what we made out of around 1/2 of the boneless venison in our freezer.
Right around 47 # after thawing.

Finished weight of the ready to cook items ⬇️is 99.78 # 👍😄
