🍴Market Meals🍴
~All the ingredients you need for a delicious and healthy meal can be found right here at the Walnut Creek Farmer’s Market.~

Today’s meal:
Sausage Marinara Pasta🍝
- 1lb sweet Italian sausage from Wind Dancer Ranch
- 1lb pasta from Il Pastaio
- 32 to 48 oz canned tomatoes from Rose Lane Farms

Brown sweet Italian sausage and add canned tomatoes. Bring to boil then simmer.

Cook pasta as directed. Combine cooked pasta with sauce and enjoy! 🥘

It's almost Farmers' Market Week!

Farmer's Market Week

Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue proclaimed Aug. 6 - 13 to be National Farmers Market Week at the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington, DC Aug. 2.

This is the 18th year USDA has supported local producers by encouraging families to meet and buy from the farmers and other vendors at their local farmers market.
