We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Arka Farms, a pioneering sustainable farm in the breathtaking California Delta. Driven by a dream to reconnect to the land and grow something meaningful, we have a shared passion for cultivating wholesome, nutrient rich produce that nourishes not only our families but our community as well. Currently they are in the process of receiving their Organic certification, and soon they will have an abundance of beautiful fresh produce, including 13 different heirloom tomato varieties, a variety of specialty peppers, eggplant, fresh herbs and many other specialty crops that we can't wait to see. We are very excited to announce that even though we are out of the state dealing with a family matter our famous heirloom tomatoes will be served at Ko-Ket Resort in Walnut Grove this summer. Our friend JB Morais owner of Ko-ket was gracious enough to take over the care of the garden that we had planted before leaving. The tomatoes should be ripe around the 4th of July weekend. Enjoy!

Happy Holidays! We have our famous pepper Jam available this weekend , it is great over cream cheese with crackers as the easy holiday appetizer. It looks especially cute shaped into a Christmas tree. We also have Christmas Jam made with cranberries, strawberries and Orange, yummy on toast or a biscuit! We have fresh fruit including pink lady and gala apples as well as lemons, mandarins, limes, oranges and pomegranates. I made pomegranate jelly and pomegranate pepper jelly for those that like sweet and spicy. This will be our last weekend open except for pop-ups until spring. We have lots of exciting plans for next year including several new varieties of vegetables and herbs. We will be open Saturday and Sunday, Silo Farm Organics, 14591 Walnut Grove Thornton Road.
