Wahatoya Garden also has more plant starts for sale here in the store. Get a head start on your garden!

We are at 623 W 7th Street in Walsenburg and open Thursday through Sunday from 10am to 5:30pm.

📢 THE NEWS IS OUT! Lathrop Movers is Expanding! 🛹🚴‍♀️🥾

We are officially shifting gears for the season! Whether you walk, bike, blade, or board, it's time to get moving together. We’re even adding some water and trail adventures to the mix!

New Summer Schedule:
The days stay the same, but we’ve adjusted the times to fit the season:

Sundays: 4:00 PM

Mondays: 8:00 AM

Wednesdays: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Grab your gear: Boards, bikes, blades, swimsuits, and hiking shoes—let’s make the most of the outdoors!

We are launching a brand new event! Join us for our first Tuesday Hikes outside of Lathrop. It’s a great chance to explore new scenery with the group.

Thursday, May 7:

Just a reminder that tomorrow Sandy Dolak and Charlene Velarde are coming in the store to sell cookies and cookbooks.

We also still have Wahatoya Gardens’ starter plants that are ready for planting.

Saturday, May 2:

It is a beautiful day and it is time to start thinking about planting. Wahatoya Gardens brought in these amazing starter plants this week to help you jumpstart your garden.

Fresh basil, parsley and oregano; spinach, lettuce, microgreens, and jalapeños

We also restocked our shelves and brought in some new products to try. Lots of sourdough bread and bakery still available too.

Open today until 5:30pm and tomorrow 10am to 5:30pm.

Side note: Did anyone else see a crane in a field in LaVeta? Am I crazy?

Looking forward to meeting with my inner child again this year! Thanks to all who organized and supported this event.

Spanish Peaks Library District and The Flamingo Book Club will be hosting events before and after as well. More details soon.

Gub Gub's Pizza and Ice Cream and Local Roots Vintage Market are helping sponsor the event this year.

All kids and inner kids are welcome.
Bring a kite (maybe from last year), Color a kite at one of the upcoming events, Get a kite at the festival.

In the case of bad weather we will find a backup date.
