Hunters, we have had a positive enough response to pickups this weekend that we are planning on shutting down our freezers on Tuesday. If you have meat here please come get it by 8pm on the 24th. Time is of the essence

Hunters, we have texted, posted and called ....Any deer over 2 weeks from notice will be discarded after 8pm tomorrow 1/21/23. We have over 130 orders that haven't been picked up and this is the last call for the procrastinating.

Hunters, if you have a deer here please come pick it up. We will be shutting off the freezer soon. If you dropped a deer and haven't been contacted call us. We have people that we haven't been able to contact.

PSA If you have a European or Cape stored here be aware that the freezer holding them will be turned off on 1/11 and any remaining items will be disposed of without further warning. Thank you

What a finish to 2022!! Thanks to all that persevered through a rough October. As a reminder we now CLOSE AT 8PM EVERY NIGHT. Pickups will be strictly enforced in the 2 week window after notification.

With the culmination of the regular 2022 season after Sunday January 1st 2023 we will be closing at 8pm until we shut down. We ask that when messaged you make it a priority to come get your finished product. Do not procrastinate and lose your processing when we close for the season. Thanks for a great year.

Hunters....Pay attention here if this pertains to you. If you have received a text/call alerting you that your deer has been processed OR it has been more than 3 weeks since you dropped your deer it is imperative that you come collect your product. We are bulging at the seams in our freezer and room is becoming a huge issue. Beginning 12/30, any order that is more than 3 weeks old is subject to donation. We simply cannot provide storage. Thanks for understanding.

For those commenting they would pay for the processing please know that is not an option in South Carolina.

Just a friendly reminder Risher's Deer Processing will be CLOSED Thursday for Thanksgiving all day...no pickups or dropoffs. We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday.

Hunters, thanks for being patient as we have tried to get people hired. Looks like we have that licked for the rest of the season ...so until further notice we are taking deer 7 days a week day and night, 8am until 9pm.

Monday 8am-8pm for pickups only
Tuesday 8am-8pm for pickups only
Wednesday 8am-9pm pickups -dropoffs from 5pm-9pm
Thursday 8am-9pm pickups -dropoffs from 5pm-9pm
Friday 8am-9pm pickups -dropoffs from 5pm-9pm
Saturday 8am-9pm pickups and 8am-2pm/5pm-9pm dropoffs (subject to volume of intake)
Sunday 8am-9pm pickups and 8am-2pm/5pm-9pm dropoffs (subject to volume of intake)

We will post updates here immediately if anything changes so check here. We have the answering machine on as well so we can keep our knives on the table. Doing what we can to keep taking deer so bear with us.
