🌿Common milkweed🌿

Medicinal Uses: used to treat warts insect stings ringworm and the sap and can be used to treat healing cuts
Also has been used in the past during childbirth

Environmental benefits🐝:Monarch butterfly habitat, good sources of food for pollinators and is good for erosion control

Milkweed pods are edible you can make them in soup and apply the sap to skin conditions🌾

Bagel is looking for his new farm home! Or home? He is a Juliana breed they get to be anywhere from 30-65 pounds he’s looking small compared to his brother. I just don’t have a need for two males. I’ve heard of people keeping these breeds as pets inside and outside due to their small size and personality. He is a farm animal currently and is still a little shy when it comes to people. 🌿Honeysuckle Milkweed 🌿
Not edible
Used medicinally to remove warts and indigenous groups have been known to use it in salves to treat rashes and swelling
Overall it’s a great plant for the pollinators due to its sweet nectar🐝
