Good morning everyone,

You all have been asking and patiently waiting...we can finally say that LOCAL SWEET CORN is now available at Dagdagan's Produce!!! 🌽🌽🌽

Drive over to the fruit stand to get some sweet bi color corn for your dinner plans tonight or this wekeend 😊 and remember to continue to stay cool and hydrated in the heat wave 🌡☀️

Last year our Nutrition Specialist Charlotte introduced “Flatbread Friday” at Ellensburg High School. This Mediterranean version with hummus, roasted vegetables (including Dagdagan Farm and Produce pimento peppers) and mozzarella cheese is one of our favorites! 🤌🏼

HAPPY NATIONAL FARM TO SCHOOL MONTH!
This week we are featuring local WA-grown dried cherries from in our homemade granola parfaits at breakfast.

Our daily salad bars at lunch will showcase local WA-grown carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, potatoes, melon, plums, and apples from Dagdagan Farm and Produce, K & F Orchards, Emerald Orchards, Chelan Fresh and Kukes Orchards.

And on Wednesday we are bringing back roasted vegetables to the lunch line, this time showcasing Dagdagan Farm and Produce gray squash!

Look for lots of fun events this week!

Let’s play another round of “Best Salad Bars in the Biz.” This time we have Lincoln Elementary School coming in FRESH! Featuring local apples from K & F Orchards and melon and tomatoes from Dagdagan Farm and Produce. Thank you Liz and Jen for today’s display! 🤩

The salad bars this week are something special! 🌈 Fresh-picked Dagdagan Farm and Produce melon (three types) and tomatoes from Wapato. Also local WA-grown radishes, cauliflower, and carrots. The Morgan Middle School team takes a lot of pride in their work and we are here for it 👏🏼

It’s that time of year again! Fresh weekly deliveries from Dagdagan Farm and Produce This week kids will see recently picked, WA-grown watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, peaches, cucumbers, and tomatoes on their school salad bars. We love fall harvest season.
