These guys are the first and last name in the best tomatoes and olive oil money can buy. Over 80 years of growing tomatoes as a family owned company. Soooo...What exactly is "New York Sicilian Style Pizza"?

Franky's Pizza & Delicatessen opened in October of 2024 and we made a choice to focus only on this style. So, this a question we get a lot.

Sicilian Style Pizza has its roots in Palermo Italy. It's thick crust and square cut. Known for its airy, focaccia-like crust and crispy pan fried bottom.

So what makes our's special? We focus on the ingredients and the process. It took us YEARS of tinkering to perfect our recipe.

Our dough is sour-dough based, infused with extra-virgin olive oil, and we use only non-bleached and non-enriched flours.

No chemicals, no preservatives, no stabilizers. Food is medicine and we take that to heart. Our dough team is in at 5:00am every day working the dough from scratch.

We certainly didn't invent Sicilian Style Pizza, but we're glad to be a part of continuing it's legacy.

We have a new special hitting our menu for a limited run: the PORK & CHERRY SANDWICH. Sweet and savory and perfect for the springtime!

This one comes with a Shaved Dijon-Rosemary Roast Pork Loin, Gooey Smoked Gouda, a Tart Cherry Sauce, Baby Arugula, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, and a little Salt & Pepper.
