A quick note/update from Mike: "I just wanted to thank everyone for the overwhelming support and interest that you have shown throughout this whole endeavor. We have come a long way from a little (delicious) idea to where we are now. We still have a ways to go. We should be up and selling New Mexico Green Chili Salsa locally in Rhode Island in a couple of weeks. We are waiting on state licensing.

As far as the jams, that has been an adventure in itself. There are many rules and regulations when trying to sell jams and jellies. Theses rules are in place to keep everybody safe, and they are very thorough. This is a good thing, so you know you are getting the very best (and safest) jams that money can buy. I appreciate your patience as we go though this process and hope to be selling our jams very soon. So stay tuned and hopefully I will have some more news soon. Thanks again for all the support!"
