Well 2026 sap season is a wrap on March 10th this year. Been a strange and very short season. Was pretty good Maple run at 1199 gallons, but the walnut run was only half of last year at 148 gallons collected.
We have plenty of fresh maple syrup available for purchase but walnut is limited supply, so get it while supplies last.

Doing the last 140 gallon boil of the season I believe. Temps are going to be to warm. Been a quick but good year.

Been a great few days in the sugar bush. The trees are giving it up finally. 430 gallons of sap collected in 3 days. And this is my work weekend. No sleep for me. This was supposed to be a fun hobby 🤣🤣. Retirement coming in 1 1/2 years. Can’t wait.
