Chef and Owner Sean Carmody has been serving up fresh, creative, and artisanal hummus since restaurant 2010. In 2015, Sean made the decision to focus exclusively on farmers markets, believing they best aligned with his commitment to quality, community, and connecting directly with customers.

Today, Taiim Shack Mobile can be found at 10 farmers markets and offers more than 20 flavors of hummus, along with an incredible selection of fresh salads, spreads, and seasonal treats.

What makes Taiim Shack special? Everything is crafted from scratch whenever possible, using local ingredients sourced from fellow market vendors. Their unique flavors include:

🌱 Vendor Spotlight: R & G Produce 🌱

Join us on Sunday, June 21, from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Warwick Valley Farmers Market as we shine the spotlight on R & G Produce!

Located in the heart of Orange County’s renowned Black Dirt Region, R & G Produce is a family-owned farm operated by brothers Raymond and Gary Glowaczewski. In 1999, they took over their father’s onion farm and expanded it to include a wide variety of greens and high-demand vegetables.

Today, R & G Produce farms over 400 acres of land, bringing fresh, locally grown produce to families throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond. In addition to the Warwick Valley Farmers Market, they participate in 10 other markets throughout Queens, the Bronx, Ossining, and Monroe.
