I think I made my first lasagna while in high school. I presented it one distant Thanksgiving ago and was affirmed in my cooking skills by my aunts. 😇 Welp, I was today years old when I realized more than 4 noodles could be overlapped in a layer. 😶 I can’t remember where/when that limiting belief presented itself. I’ve thrown away left-behind noodles for DECADES! The lasagna I made today has a noodle:layer count of 4/4/5/6. I used every last noodle when this door opened midway through construction.
