We will be slightly scaling back our hog processing starting November 11th.
We will open additional hog processing dates as the deer season progresses, but current availability is limited to the month of October.

Although both round steaks and minute steaks come from the beef round, they differ in their methods of preparation. A round steak is cut directly from the primal cut, whereas a minute steak is proportionally cut and mechanically tenderized three times to give it a tender texture.

Quite similarly to the pork chop & ham steak, the minute steak and round steak are often misleading when it comes to their size. When deciding how you want to package your minutes and/or round steaks, we recommend 2 minutes in a package and 1 round steak in a package.
