At Tom the Butcher's, we take great pride in providing good quality products to our customers. We can guarantee that you will leave our facility with clean cuts of meat prepared just the way you ordered them. We have a fully remodeled shop with a new walk-in cooler and freezer. We are told that our jerky is the best in the area, along with our hot dogs and kielbasa. We are open 7 days per week sol

ely to accommodate you the hunter. We guarantee that you will receive your own deer after processing, right down to the hamburger meat. All deer brought to us must be field dressed and tagged accordingly with the proper state seal. We have the facilities to handle any big game including bear, moose and elk. We hope to see you this deer season!

I apologize for my distance over the past few months. The beef market is currently experiencing significant challenges. lol. Pork will be available soon. $400 a share. I was trying to keep it at $385 but diesel prices made me go to $400. Limited available. We appreciate all of our customers!

Anyone that still has stuff to pick up, we are available tomorrow between 8 AM and 12 noon. We had a lot of Taxidermy pieces brought in today along with the rest of the Skulls and we have about 20 deer that need to get picked up. 8 AM till 12 PM tomorrow! Come get them!!

We have one more solid day of cutting! You guys and gals killed them right to the end. All orders will be completed by Wednesday night. A deer left here abandoned will be donated and you will be placed on a “do not accept” list made public to anyone that walks in. There’s only a few. Most of you have been great!  Thanks again for a great season everyone.

Finishing up the deer this week. It was a pleasant surprise to come back to after a little warm weather…… beef and pork orders will be starting shortly. We’ve got lots of of people asking. Pork should be the same as last year, if not damn close. Beef………Prices are up, and not a little. I won’t lower my quality and I’m getting hit hard on live animals because the market is high. $1500 a 1/4. $5800 on a whole and you divide it. Whole animals run 500-530 lbs of freezer beef depending on the butchering instructions . Custom cut and vacuum sealed. I’ve got a list running. I’ve never taken deposits, but on new customers this year, I have to.

Just wanted to touch base with everybody and thank you all for a great season. We are still taking Deer but we have a limited menu. If you bring one in and we can’t fill the specialty items fully, I apologize. It’s just the way it is this year with the weather.

The snow killed it guys and girls…. We are accepting deer 24 hrs but it doesn’t pay me to keep people there. The drop off box is there. We will be there too until 6! 😉. Stay warm.

After hrs box is accessible. Everything is cleaned up as good as we are getting it. It’s been slow for once this entire season so we are going to shut it down and resume normal hours tomorrow. Everyone stay safe and warm.
