There was such positive feedback after the Christmas Market that the Waskom Chamber of Commerce is hosting a farmers market Saturday, April 20 inside Catfish Village opening at 11 a.m. The vendor fee for the 5 hour event is only $30, which includes tables and chairs…..no need to haul tents or tables!
If you are a vendor selling homemade or hand crafted items, or a farmer selling produce, and would like more information, please email [email protected] for an application. Cottage food vendors will need to attach a copy of their food handlers certificate and abide by all labeling requirements. First consideration will be given to vendors who participated in the Christmas market. In addition, as there is limited space inside the facility, multiple vendors selling same or similar items will not be approved.
Vendors will be notified about payment options when their application is approved. Credit card or cash payment will be required before the event to secure a spot at the market.
Waskom Chamber of Commerce is working together with businesses, professionals, and concerned citizens to advance and grow Waskom. Come out and enjoy this community event!
